The medical team, led by Dr. Mini Salunkhe, opted for a laparoscopic cystectomy, a minimally invasive surgical procedure. This case is special because doctors accidentally found a big cyst in the ovaries of a 13-year-old girl. They then used a special method called laparoscopy to take it out. The histopathological examination unveiled that the cyst was endometriotic, a rarity in premenarcheal girls.
